Photos: Meet Julie Adenuga — the British DJ who is Rocking Apple's Global Radio Station Beats 1

I just love the sound of her surname, synonymous with mine - Awonuga. 

Meet Julie, 27 year old British radio presenter who is one of the three lead DJs for Beats 1, Apple's 24/7 radio station as part of Apple Music. She is one to watch out for. The others are former BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, and New York-based radio presenter Ebro Darden. 

Julie made her debut in the music industry in 2010, when she joined London community radio station Rinse FM. At the 2015 Apple WWDC keynote, Adenuga was introduced as one of the DJs of Beats 1 radio that is part of Apple Music.

Julie is a Presenter on @Beats1 / @AppleMusic. 

Julie has also identified her root as a grounded music enthusiast, having two sisters - Jme and Skepta, who are both London-based rappers, producers and DJs, as well as co-founders of record label Boy Better Know! This definitely summarize her sojourn into becoming one of the most important people in the music business.
