Google Employee Raped, Set On Fire In Princeton, Massachusetts

A beautiful American Google employee, Vanessa Marcotte, 27, who was reported missing by her family after going for an afternoon Sunday jog has been found dead near her mother’s Massachusetts home.

Vanessa resides in New York City and worked as an account manager at Google’s New York City office. She was on a weekend visit to her mother in Princeton, Massachusetts, a wooded community near Worcester.

According to state police in Massachusetts, Vanessa’s family reported her missing after waiting for seven hours without her returning home. Authorities are still investigating the nature of her death, but it’s believed to be a homicide.

Newsy reports, Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. told reporters, "We do believe this is a homicide. We cannot tell whether or not it was a random act at this point, so we're asking the residents of Princeton and the surrounding areas to be vigilant."

More so, Police sources told MassLive “Marcotte's body was found naked, with burn marks on her head, hands and feet. Police are still investigating whether Marcotte was sexually assaulted.”

Meanwhile, Google in a statement described Marcotte’s death as;
“Vanessa Marcotte was a much-loved member of the Google team, working in our New York office for the last year and a half, and known for her ubiquitous smile, passion for volunteer work, and love of Boston sports. We are deeply shocked and saddened, and our thoughts are with her family and friends.”
Marcotte's death is said to be the first homicide in Princeton, in 30 years. Presently, no arrests have been made likewise no suspects have been identified yet.

However, residents of Princeton are concerned at this development while the Police have advised on the need to be vigilant and immediately report unusual movement to the Massachusetts State Police.

  12. Aww jogging is scary. I even sometimes think of some people I see that jogs alone early in the morning or at night. They may not carry a lot of valuable things at all, but some of them carry their cellphones. Never jog alone!

  15. Terrible to think that this heinous crime can happen in what seems to be a very quiet suburban community like Princeton. To think she lives in NYC!
