Beyoncé Releases 'Yours And Mine,' Short Film About Fame, Feminism and Love

Beyoncé released a new short film, "Yours and Mine," that focuses on all the themes in her self-titled album, released a year ago: fame, feminism, loss, love and death. It's a powerful, black-and-white look at Bey's world and how she looks at life.

"When you're famous no one looks at you as a human anymore," she narrates. "You become the property of the public. There's nothing real about it."

She goes through backstage clips and scenes -- a beauty pageant, a dessert, a dance club -- which were originally released as music videos for "Beyoncé." (The Platinum edition of the album was released last month.)

It's a spooky, sweet look back on Bey's recent years at the top. Jay Z and Blue Ivy make a few appearances, like they do in the videos, and Bey says, "There's nothing more exciting than having a witness to your life."
