While some in the U.S. are debating a flight ban from Ebola-afflicted countries in west Africa, Rwanda has seemingly flipped the script.
The central African country says it will begin screening people for
Ebola if they have visited the United States or Spain within 22 days of
traveling to Rwanda.
The additional screening measures were put in place on Sunday, which
require travelers from the two countries to report their daily medical
conditions by phone to government officials, according to the Rwandan embassy's website
